All orders are verified, handcrafted, and quality-checked before dispatch. We maintain small-batch production to ensure every texture and fit meets our standards—no rush, no shortcuts.
02. Transit Time
Express delivery via Nova Poshta. Fast and reliable shipping directly from our studio to your door.
Standard international shipping via reliable postal services. Fully tracked from dispatch to delivery.
*Please note: Each case is custom-textured individually. Production takes 2-4 business days before shipping.
Universal Tracking
A unique tracking number is emailed immediately upon handover to the courier. Full visibility from dispatch to delivery.
03. Taxes & Guarantee
We believe in a seamless experience. As an independent studio, we don't collect VAT at checkout, but we won’t let you pay extra for our craft.
If your local customs office requests a VAT payment upon delivery, simply pay it, send a photo of the receipt to support@noirid.com, and we will refund the full amount to your card within 24 hours.
