We want you to be fully satisfied with your Noirid experience. Because each piece is a bespoke creation tailored to your identity, we offer a Quality Guarantee focused on precision and flawless execution.
Our Commitment
If your product does not meet our high-quality standards due to manufacturing defects, physical damage, or a mismatch with the phone model specified, we provide a Free Remake or a full reimbursement.
- Quality issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery (EU standard).
- A video or high-resolution photo showing the defect is required for our team to initiate the resolution.
Personalized Items
In accordance with international consumer laws, items that are clearly personalized or custom-made are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal once production has begun.
Note on Aesthetic
The "Stealth" black-on-black texture is a signature of NOIRID. Its visibility is light-dependent by design. Please note that dissatisfaction with the "subtlety" of the design or customer-side errors (incorrect initials/phone model) do not qualify for a remake or refund.
Zero-Tax Guarantee
We cover all import VAT for EU orders. If your local customs office requires a payment upon delivery, we will reimburse the full amount.
Simply pay the duty, email a photo of the receipt to support@noirid.com, and we will refund that exact amount back to your original payment method within 24 hours.
