NOIRID provides bespoke, made-to-order products. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to refine these Terms as our craft evolves.
Products & Customization
Every item is uniquely crafted based on your input. You represent that your uploaded content (initials, symbols, images) does not violate third-party intellectual property rights.
Note: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of heart, only for manufacturing defects.
Pricing & Payments
Prices are displayed in EUR. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Payments are processed through encrypted third-party gateways.
Global Delivery
We ship worldwide from our studio in Moldova. While we strive for precision, delivery times are estimates. NOIRID is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or postal service disruptions beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
NOIRID’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss related to the use of our cases or digital platform.
Governing Law
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
